1.1 This website is operated by F-Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”) and provides online consultation services, digital products (including but not limited to e-books, audio courses, video courses, software licenses, and media assets), and community interaction services via the internet (collectively referred to as “the Services”).

Article 7: Termination and Refund Policy
7.1 General Digital Products:
- You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase if you have not accessed or used the product.
- No refunds will be issued after seven (7) days or once the content has been accessed, unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Exceptions to the 7-Day Refund Rule:
- Digital content available for immediate use (e.g., downloadable products, online courses) and cloud-based services are not eligible for refunds once accessed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
- The Studio reserves the right to determine whether access or usage has occurred.
7.3 Termination by the Studio:
- The Studio may terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
7.4 Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 business days) using the original payment method. Any fees or exchange differences will be borne by you.

8.1 The Studio strives to maintain service stability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is not liable for disruptions or data loss caused by external factors.
